Mini Donkeys and Friends Cornwall provides guided donkey walking experiences and animal interactions in Cornwall. By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings
• All experiences must be booked in advance via our website, social media, or direct contact.
• Bookings are confirmed only once payment (full or deposit) has been received.
• Please ensure all booking details are correct at the time of booking.
• We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

3. Payments
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are subject to change at any time.
• Prices will not change once your booking has been confirmed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Bookings can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your booking free of charge.
• All bookings are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.
• We are happy to reschedule where possible with reasonable notice.
Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances:
• As an outdoor experience, bookings may be affected by weather conditions.
• If we cancel due to weather, safety, or animal welfare, you will be offered:
• A rescheduled date, or
• A full refund

5. Health & Safety
• All participants must follow staff instructions at all times.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18+).
• A safe distance of 1–2 metres between each donkey must be maintained unless instructed otherwise.
• Suitable clothing and closed-toe footwear must be worn.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs prior to your visit.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety instructions are not followed.

6. Animal Welfare
• The welfare of our donkeys is our highest priority.
• All animals must be treated with care, respect, and kindness.
• Do not feed the donkeys unless instructed by a member of staff.
• Rough handling, shouting, or behaviour that may distress the animals will result in immediate removal from the experience without refund.
• Experiences may be shortened or adapted if necessary for the wellbeing of the animals.

• All activities are undertaken at your own risk.
• By attending, you acknowledge that working with animals carries inherent risks.
• We are not liable for:
• Personal injury (unless caused by proven negligence)
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically able to take part.

8. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, your session time may be reduced.
• If you are significantly late, we may not be able to accommodate your booking and no refund will be given.

• We may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional use.

• If you do not wish to appear in any media, please inform us before your experience begins.

10. Gift Vouchers (if applicable)
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within the stated expiry date.
• Bookings using vouchers are subject to availability.
